Corona safety measures for the ski operation of the Petzen cable cars

Skiing is an open-air sport and the risk of infection is extremely low when we comply with the safety measures ordered by the authorities and with our self-responsibility. The measures for the waiting areas and for the journeys with the cable car are solved in the best possible way – there are very clear safety concepts for this. The cable cars are constantly well ventilated, the waiting areas are specially structured and much more – so there is nothing to stop a fine and safe skiing enjoyment. All cable cars are public transport and are subject to the same regulations.

NO MASK - NO SERVICE

Basically, no service is provided (no transport by cable car and lifts) without proper mouth-nose protection in the marked areas.

MASK OBLIGATION

In order to ensure the safety of all, every guest over six years of age is subject to the mouth-nose protection obligation in the prescribed areas without exception.
A mouth-nose protection must be worn permanently when you are at the ticket office, lift stations and in all cable cars and lifts. The mouth-nose protection must also be worn when entering the ski depot or ski rental.
Please dispose of handkerchiefs or disposable mouth-nose masks in the garbage bins and do not leave them in the lanes or lifts.
In addition to the well-known mouth-nose protection masks, scarves can also be used as they are tight. A winter sports-friendly mouthguard is available at the cash box.

KEEPING THE MINIMUM DISTANCE

The minimum distance of one metre must be observed when entering the cash register, when setting up at the lift stations, in all public accessible buildings. This rule also applies if a mouth-nose protection is worn.
If it is not possible to keep the distance of at least one meter when boarding and disembarking and in the cable cars, this can exceptionally be deviated from, if a mouth-nose protection is worn.

CAPACITY CONTROL IN THE CABLE CARS

In the cable cars a maximum of 3 people with mouth-nose protection may be transported. The cable cars are ventilated in the best possible way. Please provide ventilation (open windows) while driving.
The 4-seater chairlift can carry 4 people with mouth-nose protection.

DESINFECTION

All driving equipment (cable cars, lift chairs, ...) are regularly disinfected. The disinfection of the cable cars is carried out with a ULV cold nebulizer special device, which, according to the manufacturer, removes up to 99.99% of the viruses and bacteria, is 100% environmentally friendly and leaves no chemically aggressive residues.

DISINFECTION OPTIONS IN THE SKI AREA

Disinfection options are available in the toilet facilities, cash desks area and ski depot.

MEASURES FOR EMPLOYEES

All employees who are in direct contact with the customer either wear a mouth-nose protection or are spatially separated from the guest by appropriate protective measures (e.B. Plexiglas pane).
Staff are instructed about Corona security measures.
All employees are subjected to daily health checks (fever measurements, symptom control) and, in case of suspicion, are isolated directly from the company organisation and sent for testing.
