With snowshoes on the Petzen


Explore the Petzen with your snowshoes! Take the cable car comfortably up to 1,700m above sea level and enjoy a hike in the snow on the Petzen. After the hike, our hut keepers on the mountain look forward to your stop.

 Our Tip:

Emmi’s Mosthütten Tour

With snow or hiking boots (Grödel are recommended) from the car park on the left edge of the slope over the practice slope and Petzenstraße to the Mosthütte in 30 minutes. After a refreshment at Emmi, you can either continue on the Petzen or walk back down into the valley. Tip: Snowshoes can be rented in our ski rental!

Overview of Dates:

  • Petzen Introductory Snowshoeing: every Tuesday from January 12th to March 16th 2027
  • Treasure Hunt on the Petzen: February 1st, 8th, and 15th 2027
  • Magical Snowshoe Hike to Kordeschkopf: February 7th and 21st 2027, as well as March 7th and 21st 2027
