With snowshoes on the Petzen


Explore the Petzen with your snowshoes! Take the cable car comfortably up to 1,700m above sea level and enjoy a hike in the snow on the Petzen. After the hike, our hut keepers on the mountain look forward to your stop.

 Our Tip:

Emmi’s Mosthütten Tour

With snow or hiking boots (Grödel are recommended) from the car park on the left edge of the slope over the practice slope and Petzenstraße to the Mosthütte in 30 minutes. After a refreshment at Emmi, you can either continue on the Petzen or walk back down into the valley. Tip: Snowshoes can be rented in our ski rental!

  • Petzen Introductory Snowshoeing: every Tuesday from January 13th to March 17th 2026
  • Treasure Hunt on the Petzen: February 2nd, 9th, and 16th 2026
  • Magical Snowshoe Hike to Kordeschkopf: February 8th and 22nd 2026, as well as March 8th and 22nd 2026
